Removing the desert mirage,
and riding the chariot of light,
Who has come?

Wiping off all darkness,
by His soft touch,
who has awoken me?

I could not imagine that You had kept me in Your mind
and that my place had been within You.

Surrounded by darkness,
I was in deep sleep.
Yet, You looked at me with smiling eyes.

My life was desert-like.
Sandy storms were raging all around me.
O soft, green and incomparable one,
You brought with You the rumbling of awakening.
