On this wintery morning,
amidst dropped shefalii flowers,
my mind sings and wonders,
“Where are You? Where are You?”
The effulgence of the new dawn removes darkness,
and says that You are here.
That which is not observable in the darkness of the night,
is uncovered by the morning light.
You are everywhere,
kindling Your lamp in the core of one’s heart.
Looking at You,
one’s eyes refuse to see anything else.
You were hidden in the deep recess of my mind,
a blanket of inertia preventing me from recognising You.
By Your vibration, inertia vanished
and my mind saw in You a new role model.
