O Lord, showing mercy to me, You came in my meditation. I had no endeavour, no prayerful
song, I only loved You. From time to time, in order to hold You, I searched shells on the
shore. Sitting on the seat of sand, searching You, I continued counting the stars. Having
come at the end, You told me smilingly, “ I have kept you enveloped”. I had told, “
O Dear, The one into whose ears the melody of Your flute enters, for him, the pains
pride, dishonor, and sorrows of this world, are no burden”. Sitting close, looking at
me, You told, “ Keep in mind this truth”.
