The honeybee came close,
and, buzzing around me,
told me a message.

(It told that) You were sitting alone
and were expecting my call,
(It asked) why I had forgotten about it?

Nobody in life can ever forget You,
be it consciously or unconsciously.

O Lord, with all You are ever present
in dream, in sleep or in the awakened state.
Even after seeing, we (consciously) overlook,
and do not admit our mistake.

Thus knowingly ignoring,
we go on floating (in the void) unable to find an abode.
Days come and go, and never return.

Whereto they go, we do not know.
Affectionate words painfully vanish into oblivion.

O Lord,
remain in the core of my heart,
and, speaking mentally to me,
continue staying even after all others have left.
